2. Right of withdrawal

Under Government Emergency Ordinance (OUG) no. 34/2014, a client who is a natural person has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days from the date the contract is concluded, without giving any reason, provided that the provision of services has not begun.

If the client has expressly requested that the provision of services begin before the 14-day period expires and the service has been fully delivered, the right of withdrawal can no longer be exercised.

3. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Services fully performed before the 14-day period expires, with the client's express consent
• Customised services or services configured specifically for the client, where the work process has already begun
• Digital content delivered and accessed by the client (documentation, configurations, source code)

4. Cancellation procedure

To exercise your right of withdrawal or to request the cancellation of the order, send an email to florin@smartworktogether.com with the subject “Order cancellation [ORDER NO.]” and state:

• The order number / contract reference
• The reason for cancellation (optional)
• Bank details for the refund: IBAN and account holder (if payment has already been made)

5. Refund

In the case of a valid cancellation, the refund is made within 14 calendar days of confirmation of the cancellation, by bank transfer to the account indicated by the client.

If the services have been partially performed, the refunded amount will be proportional to the part not performed, as mutually agreed.

6. Cancellation before work begins

If you wish to cancel the order before work begins, please contact us as soon as possible. If no cost or resource has been committed for your order, a full refund is made within 5 working days.

7. Services not conforming to the offer

If the deliverables do not match the specifications agreed in the offer, contact us within 5 working days of delivery at florin@smartworktogether.com. We will remedy the issue or refund the amount paid, depending on the situation.
