2. Nature of the services

R.W.T. CreativPub S.R.L. provides exclusively digital services — IT consulting, process automation, AI integration and custom software solutions. No physical products are delivered.

3. Delivery method

Services are provided and delivered exclusively online, through:

• Access to digital deliverables (documents, configurations, source code) sent by email or through agreed platforms
• Remote work/implementation sessions (video call, remote access)
• Access to delivered systems and platforms (link, credentials, documentation)

4. Delivery times

The specific service provision and delivery times are set individually in the offer accepted by the client and may vary depending on the complexity of the requested service. Indicative delivery times for each service package are described in the pricing section of the website.

Delivery times start from the date of confirmation of full payment or of the agreed advance payment, in accordance with the specific contract.

5. Order confirmation

After you place the order and the payment is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of the contracted service and the estimated delivery time. All official communications are made to the email address provided with the order.

6. Delays

If circumstances arise that may affect the delivery time, R.W.T. CreativPub S.R.L. will notify the client as soon as possible and will propose a new deadline agreed by both parties.

7. Force majeure

R.W.T. CreativPub S.R.L. is not liable for delays caused by external factors beyond its control (extended power outages, cyberattacks on third-party infrastructure, natural disasters, etc.).
