1. Company information

2. Acceptance of the terms

By accessing and using this website, and by placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood and fully accepted these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.

3. Subject matter of the contract

R.W.T. CreativPub S.R.L. provides IT consulting, process automation, AI integration and custom software solutions, in accordance with the offer presented on the website.

By placing an order or accepting an offer, the client accepts the commercial terms displayed at the time of the order. The contract is deemed concluded upon written confirmation by R.W.T. CreativPub S.R.L.

4. Prices and payment

All displayed prices are expressed in RON and include VAT, in accordance with the Romanian tax legislation in force. R.W.T. CreativPub S.R.L. reserves the right to change prices at any time, without prior notice. The valid price is the one confirmed at the time the offer is accepted.

Payment can be made by bank transfer to the account: RO41 BTRL RONC RT00 T310 9502 (RON · Revolut) or by other methods agreed in writing. Online card payments are processed securely through Netopia Payments.

5. Provision of services

The specific terms and conditions for providing the services are described in the individual offer accepted by the client and in the Service Delivery Policy.

6. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Government Emergency Ordinance (OUG) no. 34/2014, a client who is a natural person has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days from the date the contract is concluded, except where the provision of services began with the client's express consent before the withdrawal period expired.

7. Intellectual property

All content of this website (texts, images, graphics, logos, design) is the property of R.W.T. CreativPub S.R.L. or is used with the consent of the rights holders. Reproduction, distribution or use, in whole or in part, without the written consent of R.W.T. CreativPub S.R.L. is prohibited.

Deliverables created for the client become the client's property after full payment of the price of the services, in accordance with the specific contract.

8. Limitation of liability

R.W.T. CreativPub S.R.L. is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, within the limits permitted by the Romanian legislation in force. Our liability is limited to the value of the specific contract.

9. Force majeure

R.W.T. CreativPub S.R.L. is not liable for the non-performance or improper performance of its obligations caused by force majeure events, as defined by Romanian legislation.

10. Disputes and governing law

This contract is governed by Romanian law. Any dispute will be settled amicably or, failing that, through the competent courts of Romania.

Consumers may also use alternative dispute resolution procedures (SAL/SOL — alternative dispute resolution / EU Online Dispute Resolution platform); details in the ANPC (Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection) section.

11. Changes to the terms

R.W.T. CreativPub S.R.L. reserves the right to change these terms at any time. The updated version will be published on the website with the date of the last change. Continued use of the services after the changes are published constitutes acceptance of them.
